Who are we?

Familiesammenføringsret.dk was founded by lawyer and former clerk at the Danish Immigration Service, Arif Sahin. With experience from Juratas Advokater and Mansa Law Firm, Arif Sahin chose to found the company with a focus on safe and secure case management. His work is backed by more than 1.100 processed cases with Aliens’ Law as their core occupation.

In addition to his background as a lawyer, Arif Sahin is also a trained social worker and has approximatively 10 years of experience from the municipality. He therefore possesses extensive experience in Administrative Law, Social Law and Aliens’ Law.
